Sandpits and playground equipment are ideal applications for hanit® recycled plastic. The safety of hanit® sandpits is regularly checked and certified in accordance with DIN EN71-3. When choosing a plastic sandpit, you can be sure that there is no risk to children's health or safety. Furthermore, no paints or impregnating agents are used in the manufacture of sandpits made from recycled plastic. Unlike wooden sandboxes, hanit® sandpits do not produce splinters that could cause injury. In addition, all sandpit covers have rounded edges – for maximum safety!
Constant contact with wet sand does not affect hanit® sandboxes, as they are completely rot-proof.
