The rock garden fleece is a reinforced weed fleece that is particularly suitable for demanding requirements in gardening and landscaping. For example, the horticultural fleece can be used wherever heavy and sharp stones are used. If you want to create a path or a rock garden, premiumgarden horticultural fleece is the first choice. The rock garden fleece is made from a thermally bonded PP/PE fiber fleece and, with a grammage of 125 g/m², is particularly robust and tear-resistant.
Rock garden fleece – the ideal weed fleece under gravel
If you want to create a decorative rock garden, it is important that no weeds grow between the stones. The rock garden fleece is particularly strong and can be used as weed fleece under gravel and decorative stones. Thanks to its special resistance, even sharp stones cannot damage the horticultural fleece. The horticultural fleece is permeable to water, air, and nutrients, while effectively blocking weeds. By using weed fleece under gravel and other stone surfaces, your rock garden will retain its clean and well-maintained appearance for a long time. Since the horticultural fleece does not retain water, it not only suppresses weeds from below. The weed barrier under gravel and crushed stone surfaces also prevents airborne seeds from germinating on the surface. This allows you to create a weed-free rock garden and enjoy its clean appearance for a long time.

The brown rock garden fabric consists of a thermally bonded PP/PE core-sheath fiber fabric (125 g/m²) and offers numerous advantages:

The horticultural fleece is particularly robust, tear-resistant, and can be easily cut to the required size with scissors. If the weed fleece is laid in several strips under gravel or similar materials, an overlap of 8 to 10 cm is recommended. Planting holes can be easily cut into the rock garden fleece with scissors or a knife.

Root protection: Our root protection fabrics offer reliable protection against damage caused by tree roots to buildings, cycle paths and footpaths. The waterproof root barrier also helps to keep rhizomes and aggressive root runners in check and prevent the uncontrolled spread of bamboo and similar plants.
Water storage fabric: Water storage fabrics absorb many times their weight in water, thus preventing the soil from drying out. The biodegradable irrigation fabric strips are simply mixed into the soil, where they ensure that stored water reaches the roots directly. For the irrigation of trees in particular, we offer our irrigation net, which is placed around the root ball before planting.
Seed fleece: Our TURFquick seed fleece is a biodegradable cellulose fleece with integrated seeds. This innovative seed fleece prevents fresh seeds from being eaten by birds or washed away by rain. As the seed fleece already contains all the nutrients necessary for seed development, sowing with TURFquick is child's play and no further fertilisation is required.
Tablecloths: Our fleece tablecloths are particularly tear-resistant and durable, making them ideal for garden parties and other outdoor events. The fleece tablecloths are washable and reusable, making them a cost-effective alternative to paper tablecloths.
