Premium weed barrier fabric – the gentle way to control weeds
Weed barrier fabric is a particularly strong garden fabric that is permeable to water, air, and nutrients, while effectively blocking weeds. The special fiber structure of the weed barrier fabric prevents root weeds underneath from penetrating the fabric and reaching the surface. The lack of light causes the weeds to wither, and beds, borders, and ornamental gardens retain their clean and well-tended appearance. Since the garden fabric does not retain water, it not only suppresses weeds from below, but also prevents airborne seeds from germinating on the surface. The use of chemical weed killers is not necessary when using weed control fabric! Weed fabric offers numerous advantages:

Product features and laying instructions
The weed barrier consists of a thermally bonded PP/PE core-sheath fiber fleece (90 g/m²). The garden fleece is particularly robust, tear-resistant, and durable, and has been used for many years for weed control in professional gardening and landscaping due to its high quality.
The weed barrier is simply laid between the topsoil and the mulch or gravel layer. When laying several strips side by side, we recommend an overlap of 8-10 cm. To allow flowers, shrubs, and trees to be planted, cross-shaped holes are cut into the weed barrier with scissors or a knife. In addition to its effectiveness in weed control, the garden fabric also helps to reduce the rate at which moisture stored in the soil evaporates. Weed fabric thus prevents the soil from drying out too quickly, which is an important resource for all plants, especially on hot summer days.
The garden fabric is available in rolls 1 m wide and in various lengths.

Root protection: Our root protection fabrics offer reliable protection against damage caused by tree roots to buildings, cycle paths and footpaths. The waterproof root barrier also helps to keep rhizomes and aggressive root runners in check and prevent the uncontrolled spread of bamboo and similar plants.
Water storage fabric: Water storage fabrics absorb many times their weight in water, thus preventing the soil from drying out. The biodegradable irrigation fabric strips are simply mixed into the soil, where they ensure that stored water reaches the roots directly. For the irrigation of trees in particular, we offer our irrigation net, which is placed around the root ball before planting.
Tablecloths: Our fleece tablecloths are particularly tear-resistant and durable, making them ideal for garden parties and other outdoor events. The fleece tablecloths are washable and reusable, making them a cost-effective alternative to paper tablecloths.
