TerraSponge water storage fleece strips are made of extremely absorbent cellulose that can store up to 10 liters of water per kilogram. The irrigation fleece comes in small, handy strips that are mixed into the potting soil at a ratio of 1:10. This increases the water storage capacity of the soil many times over and prevents waterlogging. The small water reservoirs absorb large quantities of rain and irrigation water and gradually release it to the surrounding roots. At the same time, they ensure that the soil remains loose and does not become compacted.

The biodegradable irrigation fleece strips are made of 100% cellulose. The material decomposes completely after about one season, making it particularly suitable for the growth phase or for annual plants.
