Hanit® lawn grid stones – lightweight compared to concrete
Lawn grid stones are an ideal solution for creating heavy-duty parking and storage areas for heavy vehicles such as tractors and trucks. Since lawn grid stones are often made of heavy concrete, installation is usually complex and can only be done with heavy equipment. With our hanit® plastic lawn grid stones, we offer you a product that is comparable to concrete stones in terms of functionality, but weighs significantly less. While a concrete lawn grid stone can weigh up to 30 kg, the hanit® lawn grid stone is a real lightweight at 9 kg.
Lawn grid stones made of recycled plastic – high stability, low soil sealing
Despite their low weight, hanit® plastic lawn grid stones offer very high stability and can even be driven over by heavy equipment. The lawn grid stones are suitable for load class SLW60 according to DIN 1072. As the plastic lawn grid stones cause only minimal soil sealing, water can quickly drain away from the parking area and the natural water cycle is not disturbed.

Soil protection
The demand for unsealed usable areas has risen sharply in recent years, and with it the demand for alternatives to traditional ground coverings such as asphalt and concrete. Our products for ground and turf protection meet the requirement for permanent strength without affecting the natural infiltration of rainwater. Lawn grids: Our BodPave®85 honeycomb grid system is made of plastic and is used to stabilise and reinforce lawns and gravel areas. The individual BodPave®85 panels are connected to each other with a click system to form a heavy-duty surface. They have an open grid structure that can be filled with a mixture of soil, sand and grass seed or covered with turf. Filling the panels with gravel is also a suitable decorative alternative.
