Our PREMIUM separation fleece or filter fleece is a thermally bonded geotextile that is used in professional gardening and landscaping as well as in home gardens to separate different materials.
Stable base layers thanks to clean separation of different materials
The white garden fleece prevents granular material and soil from mixing, thus contributing to the stability of the base layer in road construction, for example. If a layer of gravel is applied to soft ground without geotextile, the different layers may mix under load. This can result in ruts or surface deformations. For long-term soil stabilization, it is therefore advisable to use a suitable geotextile such as PREMIUM separation and filter fleece.
One fleece – many possibilities
In addition to its use as a separation fleece, the geotextile is also used as a filter fleece. Thanks to its special structure, the garden fleece ensures, for example, that no fine material can penetrate drainage systems. In addition to the separation and filter properties of the geotextile, the garden fleece also provides reliable protection against weeds and can be laid between flower beds and bark mulch or gravel, for example. The geotextile is permeable to air, water, and nutrients, but reliably keeps weeds out. Due to the properties mentioned above, the PREMIUM separation and filter fleece is used for the following applications, for example:

The separation and filter fleece is made of UV-resistant, rot-proof PP/PE fiber fleece and is completely recyclable. The garden fleece is resistant to all naturally occurring soil acids and alkalis. It is also unaffected by biological pollutants such as fungi and bacteria. The fleece can be easily cut to size with scissors or a knife. When laying in strips, an overlap of 8 to 10 cm is recommended.

Weed protection: Our weed control fabrics are an environmentally friendly and sustainable way of controlling weeds and eliminate the need for aggressive chemicals in the garden. The weed control fabric is simply laid between the flower bed and the mulch layer, so that root weeds no longer have any chance of reaching the light. The weed barrier significantly reduces the amount of maintenance required for flower beds and borders.
Root protection: Our root protection fabrics offer reliable protection against damage caused by tree roots to buildings, cycle paths and footpaths. The waterproof root barrier also helps to keep rhizomes and aggressive root runners in check and prevent the uncontrolled spread of bamboo and similar plants.
Water storage fabric: Water storage fabrics absorb many times their weight in water, thus preventing the soil from drying out. The biodegradable irrigation fabric strips are simply mixed into the soil, where they ensure that stored water reaches the roots directly. For the irrigation of trees in particular, we offer our irrigation net, which is placed around the root ball before planting.
Seed fleece: Our TURFquick seed fleece is a biodegradable cellulose fleece with integrated seeds. This innovative seed fleece prevents fresh seeds from being eaten by birds or washed away by rain. As the seed fleece already contains all the nutrients necessary for seed development, sowing with TURFquick is child's play and no further fertilisation is required.
Tablecloths: Our fleece tablecloths are particularly tear-resistant and durable, making them ideal for garden parties and other outdoor events. The fleece tablecloths are washable and reusable, making them a cost-effective alternative to paper tablecloths.
