hanit® paddock slabs – no sealing required and highly stable
Paddock slabs made from recycled hanit® plastic are the ideal material for stabilizing the ground in your horse paddock and providing your animals with a secure footing. The paddock grid is used to secure the ground without the need for sealing. Rainwater can quickly seep through the grid honeycomb, preventing puddles from forming. With their 5 mm wide webs and strong connecting hooks, the paddock slabs can withstand even the high point loads caused by horses' hooves. In addition to their use for securing horse paddocks, the paddock slabs are also ideal for riding arenas, paddocks, and feeding areas.
hanit® paddock panels – also suitable for load class SLW 60 according to DIN 1072
Paddock grids made of hanit® are not only a good choice for animal husbandry. The highly stable hanit® material is suitable for load class SLW60 according to DIN 1072 and can therefore also be used to create driveways and parking spaces for heavy vehicles. Compared to stone or concrete materials, hanit® recycled plastic offers the advantage of being very lightweight, making it easier and more cost-effective to transport and install.

Honeycomb grid
Honeycomb grids for stable and versatile ground fastenings
Our plastic honeycomb grids are ideal for making unpaved areas permanently usable for vehicles. They can be used as parking spaces, parking areas or driveways and provide a stable foundation that remains resilient in the long term. Alternatively, discover our drive-over lawn grids.
High load-bearing capacity for different requirements
Depending on the filling material, the lawn honeycomb grids can be driven on by everything from light cars to heavy vehicles. The particularly robust BodPave 85 achieves a load capacity of up to 400t/m². This makes it suitable even for fire brigade access roads or other heavily loaded areas of application. The heavy-duty floor panels made of hanit recycled plastic achieve a similar load capacity.
Flexible use with gravel or turf
The plastic grids can be filled with either gravel or turf substrate. Both variants create a resilient surface while remaining water-permeable. Thanks to the open structure of the honeycombs, rainwater quickly seeps into the ground, preventing sealing and ensuring that the surface remains ecologically beneficial.
Thanks to the integrated ground pegs, the turf honeycombs are securely fixed in the ground. This means that they remain stable in place even under heavy loads and do not slip. The result is a permanently accessible surface with high stability.
Suitable honeycomb grids for every load class
At TerraGala, you will find honeycomb grids for different load levels. Our plastic lawn honeycombs can withstand loads of up to 160t/m². For particularly demanding requirements, the BodPave 85 offers a reliable solution with its load-bearing capacity of up to 400t/m².
