TUBEX Nature growth sleeve – biodegradable for plastic-free forests
The proven TUBEX Ventex growth sleeve is also available in a biodegradable version. The TUBEX Nature tree protection sleeve is made from 100% natural raw materials. It is particularly suitable for dense, hard-to-access forests where collection and recycling are difficult to implement.
The TUBEX Nature growth sleeve has a service life of approx. 5 years. The growth sleeve is biodegradable and leaves no plastic residues in the forest.

Even though the composition of the material has been changed, the advantages of the TUBEX growth sleeve remain the same. The biodegradable TUBEX Nature also offers:

Installation instructions - for effective protection against browsing and gnawing
To install the TUBEX Nature growth sleeve, use a suitable plant stake and drive it at least 30 cm into the ground. Press the biodegradable tree protection sleeve firmly into the ground to prevent gaps for rodents and ensure reliable protection against browsing. Use the pre-installed cable ties to attach the growth sleeve.
To accelerate the natural decomposition process of TUBEX Nature, the plastic-free growth sleeve can be mulched or covered with soil after use.

How is TUBEX Nature installed? What is required? TUBEX products are
designed to be as easy to install as possible. The individual protection is delivered ready for installation: no complicated assembly of tubes and no threading of cable ties. Simply insert a fixing stake into the ground, pull the growth sleeve over the young plant and secure it with the pre-installed cable ties.
How long does TUBEX Nature browsing protection last?
The actual service life of growth sleeves made from renewable raw materials depends heavily on the local conditions. Weather and location influence decomposition. In a forest climate, they last at least 5 years.

TUBEX Nature is suitable for all deciduous tree species except beech. For coniferous tree species, we recommend the PureNature tree protection grid.
